Janitorial Inc. headquartered in West Atlantic
City, New Jersey, is a family owned business. Founded
in 1982 the Company started as a house cleaning company
and has grown to become one of the largest commercial
cleaning company in this area. We are certified by the
State of New Jersey as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE).

The Operations Manager
is responsible for inspecting work and providing back-up
support.
The Administration
Assistant conducts inspections primarily during the
cleaning operation and meets regularly with the customer
to review the work.
The General Manager
regularly telephones during business hours to meet
with the customer and then coordinate any necessary
corrective action.
Your facility will
be staffed to provide an optimum level of cleanliness
at all times. Action Janitorial will adjust its staffing
to accommodate any modification in your facility's
cleaning requirements. We choose our employees with
safety, security, and work goals in mind. Our system
of monitoring our clients' facilities, coupled with
our scope and experience, enables us to effectively
handle any labor demand required of any facility.

President and Chief
Operating Officer: Evelyn
Pino
Evelyn founded Action
Janitorial in 1982. She has established a reputation
in the marketplace for quality and dependability. Her
development of the Action Janitorial cleaning methods,
expertise and labor management techniques created the
basis for our Company foundation.
Vice President and
Administrative Assistant: Marcia
Siligato
Marcia joined Action
Janitorial in 1993 in the sales department and was promoted
to various positions over the years. In 2002 she was
elected Vice President and brings years of experience
in the administration field.
Marcia is certified
in Mold Inspection and certified in Mold Remediation.
Operations Manager:
Rubin Torres
Rubin has been
with Action Janitorial for 15 years starting as a cleaner
and several years later was promoted to a supervisor.
He has become proficient in every facet of the cleaning
business and has been our Operations Manager for ten
years. Rubin holds a degree in engineering and has strong
work ethics.
